Our property is located in the Sun Valley filming district of Los Angeles California.
We are a premier indoor and outdoor filming location with over 20 acres of property. We are nestled in the canyons of Shadow Hills in the San Fernando Valley near Burbank, Glendale, North Hollywood, and Disney’s Golden Oak studios.
